Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hanoi Elpis Hotel was fantastic overall. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore the Old Quarter while still enjoying a peaceful night's sleep. The staff, especially the manager Simon, were incredibly helpful with everything from sightseeing tips to restaurant recommendations. However, I did find the rooms to be on the smaller side, which was a bit of a trade-off for the otherwise great experience.
I had a lovely stay at Hanoi Elpis Hotel, enjoying its great location near Beer Street and the Old Quarter. My room was clean and spacious, complete with a balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Ms. Hoa, were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. However, the absence of an elevator made accessing my room a bit challenging, especially after a long day.
My stay at Hanoi Elpis Hotel was great overall, with a fantastic location and comfortable rooms, though I had a bit of a struggle with the staircase. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Simon, who guided us with useful tips about Hanoi. I'd recommend it, especially to travelers wanting a homey feel, but be prepared for some steps if you stay here.
I recently stayed at the Hanoi Elpis Hotel and loved the experience! The location in the heart of Old Hanoi is perfect, but it's tucked away on a quiet side street, so I didn't have to deal with traffic noise. The staff, especially Simon and Ms. Hoa, were super friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but the staff easily helped with my luggage. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hanoi.
I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Elpis Hotel, enjoying the prime location and the cleanliness of my Superior Double Room. The staff, especially Mrs. Hoa, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience even better. However, the absence of an elevator made carrying my luggage a bit of a workout since my room was on the fifth floor.
